Abstract

This Order amends the Tuberculosis (Deer) Order 1989 so as to remove the general requirement for marking or identifying deer on a deer farm. Marking is now required for: deer carcases (other than wild deer) and live deer which are to be moved on or off premises; and deer which are to be tested for tuberculosis.
