This Ordinance has entered into force on 28 December 2000.
Abstract

This Ordinance provides for the monitoring in Germany of the BSE disease. Article 4 establishes that the Länder must carry out a yearly inspection as prescribed by EU Regulations. In case of suspected diseases competent authorities must examine animals and if necessary destroy them. The text consists of 7 articles.
