Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act 1999. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the protection of the population from adverse effects of the «substance» which - for the purpose of the present Regulations - means tributyltetradecylphosphonium chloride. Section 3 establishes that no person shall use, process, sell, offer for sale or import the substance. The text consists of 8 sections.
