The Regulations lay down provisions relating to trapping licences. In particular, section 6 establishes that the holder of a special trapping licence is entitled to hunt fur-bearing animals. Whereas the holder of a registered trapping area licence is entitled exclusively to hunt fur-bearing animals in the wildlife management area specified in the licence. Section 9 rules that the holder of a registered group trapping area licence is entitled exclusively to hunt fur-bearing animals in the wildlife management area specified on the licence, the right belonging to the group named in the licence. Section 10 specifies that no person who is the holder of a general hunting licence (special) shall hunt fur-bearing animals unless that person also holds an authorization to trap fur-bearing animals.
