Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions concerning trapping. In particular, it deals with hunting licences for different wild animals, such as black bear, furbearing mammals, racoon, etc. The holder of a trapping licence may hunt or trap on land owned by him or on land on which he has permission to trap, if the land is within or adjacent to the registered trapline area designated in his licence. The text consists of 30 sections.
