Abstract

These Regulations amend the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (England) Regulations 2010 so as to introduce a new regulation 15A, which provides for the procedures of the service of notices required to be served under the principal Regulations. The Regulations also amend Schedules 2, 3, 4 and 6. Minor corrections are made to Schedules 2 and 6. In Schedule 3, paragraph 9 (concerning the amount of compensation payable) is substituted so that the compensation payable to the keeper of animal
