Abstract

By way of implementation of Directive 90/427/EEC, these Regulations establish the zootechnical and genealogical conditions which shall govern trade with Member States in equidae, their semen, ova and embryos. The Regulations are divided into the following Chapters: (I) General provisions; (II) Genealogical rules relating to registered equidae; (III) Zootechnical rules relating to registered equidae.
