Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the specific data concerning biocide products to be reported to the Federal Risk Assessment Institute. Whoever brings biocide products into circulation shall notify them in agreement with article 16e of the above-mentioned Act. Furthermore, medical doctors have to report at once any case of toxic contamination to the above-mentioned Institute. The text consists of 6 articles and 1 Annex.
