The amendments concern applications for planning permission: an application for planning permission made under section 42 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 will not require to be accompanied by a pre-application consultation report and the “period allowed for determination of the application” may be extended by agreement under under section 43A(8)(c) of the Act.
