Abstract

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 in Schedule 1, which specifies classes of development to which permitted development rights apply and therefor an application for planning permission is not needed. This Order extends such rights to specified microgeneration equipment including biomass equipment.
