Abstract

This Order designates a coastal area as the Torbay Marine Conservation Zone. The conservation objective of the zone is that the protected features set out in Schedule 2, i.e. tidal sand, rocks and sediment as being part of habitats and wild fauna and flora (seagrass, native oysters and seahorse) are maintained or brought in a favourable condition (as defined).
