Abstract

This Order prohibits the fishing for tope by any method other than by rod and line within the fishery limits of Wales. The Order also sets out the powers of British sea-fishery officers in respect of activities prohibited by this Order. Sanctions for offences are prescribed by the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967.
