Construction requires a permit from the Environmental Protection Authority. Applications for a permit shall be made in accordance with article 14. The Authority may impose special conditions or special requirements when granting a permit. Article 37 prohibits disposal of treated, semi-treated or untreated sewage into pounds, wells, reservoirs or body of water, into the ground unless for one of the reasons listed in the article.
