For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 April 2016.
Abstract

A Regulation to prescribe fees and forms in relation to logging and processing of timber. The fees prescribed in Tables 1 and 2 are the fees payable to the Government for the items set out in those tables. The forms prescribed in the Schedule are the forms that are to be used pursuant to the Forests Act and the regulations under that Act. Forms: temporary ministerial stop order; power of attorney; affadit; notice of seizure; forestry, lands and wildlife forest products hauling record.
