This Ordinance comes into force on 1 January 2015.
Abstract

The present Ordinance describes provisions relating to the implementation of the common agricultural policy reforms to support the transition towards sustainable agriculture in light of the EU regulations, in particular to comply with the regulations that should be verified by the competent authorities responsible for the enforcement and supervision of the common directives. The text consists of 8 Articles:(1) Authorized state offices;(2) Competent technical supervisory authorities; (3) Competent authority for the selection of control samples according to cross compliance; (4) Other responsibilities; (5) System for the identification of agricultural parcels; (6) Minimum size of an agricultural parcel; (7) Information regarding compliance with basic requirements the operational management; (8) Transfer of the authorization.
