Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Potable Water Ordinance in its version of 5 December (BGBl. I p. 2612; 1991 p. 227) and the Thüringen Bathing Water Ordinance of 23 March 1999. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the designation of competent authorities in Thüringen responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation in the Free State of Thüringen.
