Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Emission Control Act in its version of 26. September 2002 (BGBl. I p. 3830). Article 1 establishes that the competent emission protection authorities entrusted with the efficient execution of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Principle (2); Competences of the regional Administrative Office (3); Competences of other offices (4); Penalties (5); Supervision, reporting and information requirements (6); Transfer of powers (7).
