Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Act concerning animal products not intended for human consumption in its version of 25. January 2004 (BGBl. I p. 82). Article 1 establishes that the Land Thüringen is responsible for the disposal of non-edible animal products according to article 2 of the Federal Act.
