Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Act concerning animal products not intended for human consumption in its version of 25. January 2004 (BGBl. I p. 82). Article 1 establishes that the Land Thüringen is responsible for the disposal of non-edible animal products according to article 2 of the Federal Act. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Competent authorities and their tasks (1); Processing enterprises and elimination of non-edible animal products of class 1 and 2 (2); Specific tasks of the Ministry (3); Costs of processing and elimination of non-edible animal products (4); Entry into force, repeal (5).
