Abstract

This Regulation implements the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 by providing specifications on transitional savings on provisions of the Act and of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 and of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 on matters related to different types of licences.
