This Regulation enters into force on 1 September 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 42 sections divided into five Parts and completed by one Schedule, implements the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 by providing specifications on the conservation of Little Penguin critical habitat, meaning the area of land declared to be the critical habitat of the endangered population of Little Penguin at North Sydney Harbour and of the Wollemi Pine critical habitat.
