Abstract

These Regulations amend the Threatened or Protected Species Regulations, 2007 in regulation 6 by replacing subregulations (1) and (2) on the application for a permit authorising a restricted activity involving a specimen of a listed threatened or protected species, which shall be in the form as set out in Schedule 1. Unless the Minister directs otherwise in the case of a specific application or applications, the application must be submitted to the organ of state as specified in Section 87A of the Biodiversity Act. Regulation 3(2) and 3(3) of the Regulations are repealed.
