Abstract

These Regulations, made under Section 4 of the Montreal Protocol (Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer) Act, in its last amended version, provide for defining the ozone depleting substances, according to the provisions of the Act. Matters covered by the Regulations include: form of application for registration; form of certificate of registration; form of application for an ozone depleting substance licence; list of ozone depleting substance whose import is prohibited; form of order for retrofit; form of application for retrofitter licence; application fees.
