Abstract

These Regulations implement the Territory Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act by establishing and regulating the operation of the Territory Wildlife Park Management Committee. The Committee is responsible for advising the Territory Parks and Wildlife Commission on several issues related to the management of parks including the development of parks, the protection of native flora and fauna, the organization of capture and breeding of rare and endangered wildlife, research and educational activities related to wildlife.
