Abstract

These Regulations lay down rules for the specification of the baselines of territorial sea. According to these Regulations, baseline is defined as “from which the breadth of the territorial sea, contiguous zone, exclusive economic zone and continental shelf is measured”. The geographic coordinates of the baselines of territorial sea are listed in the Schedules.
