New provisions are added to the section granting powers to make rules: (a) for the implementation of international agreements concerning law of the sea and the conservation of migratory fish stocks; (b) prescribing requirements for fishing by vessels of Niue in jurisdictions of other States or at the High Seas; and (c) implementing decisions of international fisheries management bodies.
