I p. 2074). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to system services by wind energy plants. The Ordinance regulates: 1) the technical and operational specifications pursuant to article 6 number 2 of the afore-mentioned Act; 2) the requirements for the system service bonus pursuant to article 29, paragraph 2, clause 4 of the Act and how the validation is to be realised, as well as 3) the requirements for the system service bonus pursuant to article 66, paragraph 1, number 6 of the Act and how the validation is to be realised. The text consists of 9 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General Provisions (1); New Wind Energy Plants (2); Old Wind Energy Plants (3); Validation and Concluding Provisions (4).
