These Regulations enter into force on 4 July 2006.
Abstract

These Regulations regulate certain activities carries out by timber harvesting operators by prescribing: classes of timber harvesting operator's licences; activities for which a timber harvesting operator's licence is required; licence application fees; suspension of licences; etc.
