The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause containing various terms employed therein, such as "parameter", "synthetic harmful substances", "non-synthetic harmful substances", "other harmful substances", "environment quality standards". Article 6 lays down provisions relating to requirements for measurements of environmental quality standards. There have to be at least 12 individual measurements of waters in order to establish a parameter. The text consists of 9 articles and 4 Annexes.
