They, among other things: amend the definitions of “gas oil” and “heavy fuel oil; provide anew with respect to maximum sulphur content of heavy fuel oil so as to modify the exceptions to the prohibition on the use of heavy fuel oil; provide anew for sampling and analysis to amend the reference method to be adopted for determining the sulphur content of fuels sampled.
