Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce efficiently and correctly the directives concerning sugar of the European Union. Article 2 establishes that the Federal Institute for Agriculture and Food is entrusted with the execution of these directives. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Competent authorities (2); Establishment and amendment of quotas (3); Authorization of enterprises (4); Omissis; Notification, tolerance and participation duty (7).
