Abstract

These Regulations, made under Sugar Insurance Fund Act, for the purposes of section 25 (1) of that Act, prescribe: (a) the area for computing the total sugar accrued shall be the Island of Mauritius; and (b) the percentage of the total insurable sugar (75 per cent). They also prescribe for section 25(2) the other percentage of the total insurable sugar (80 percent).
