Abstract

These Regulations lay down rules for the duties of the Secretary to the Sugar Industry Labour Welfare Committee; registration of exporters; inspection of accounts, registers, and documents relating to the Fund; disbursements from the Fund for the benefit and welfare of workers; and the powers of the Committee to enter and inspect any premises or schemes in respect of application for any disbursement from the Fund.
