Abstract

These Regulations prescribe that a licensed grower or cane farmer shall only deliver sugar cane to a manufacturer in a vehicle which has been duly registered with the Sugar Industry Control Board, and that a manufacturer shall accept such a delivery only upon proof of this registration.
