Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Sugar Industry Control Act by, among other things: prescribing forms; providing for the inspection of cultivations; prescribing the method of testing of quality of sugar canes in the case of a dispute; prescribing the method of the weighing of canes; and by providing rules for appeals under sections 25, 34 or 38 of the Act.
