The Tribunal may from time to time prescribe or give directions on such forms as it may deem necessary for the purposes of filing any claims, replies or applications and may give all such directions as may be required whether on its own motion or under a formal or informal application in court as the case may be with respect to any necessary procedure to be followed in any proceedings or any relevant issue or step in the proceedings, including directions with respect to the form to be used where no form is otherwise provided for under these Rules.
