Abstract

These Regulations apply to activities involving substances that deplete the ozone layer, particularly the recovery, recycling, reclamation and destruction of such substances. The provisions govern the registration and qualification of personnel involved in such activities, shipments of waste and hazardous substances. Provisions on inspection and penalties applicable in case of infringement are also laid down.
