Abstract

These Regulations designate restricted and controlled areas in the Stilbaai Marine Protected Area and places restrictions on fishing activities, use of vessels and scuba diving in those areas. The purpose of the Regulations is to protect and conserve the coastal environment and marine living resources that are found in and around the Marine Protected Area.
