Abstract

The Statute applies to the management areas of Upernavik, Uummannaq and Disko Bay in Qaasuitsup Municipality and sets rules on halibut-fishing methods with nets in specific marine areas. Fishing is only allowed between 1 January and 30 April, and from 1 November to 31 December.
