Abstract

This Ordinance is designed in 2 Articles and provides that the Chamber of Agriculture of Schleswig-Holstein shall be in charge to carry out the tasks with regard to seed marketing and plant health. The Chamber of Commerce is also in charge for phytopathological diagnostics. Article 2 provides for the responsibilities of the supreme agriculture authority based on relevant Ordinances.
