Abstract

These Regulations prescribe standards and requirements regarding apricots in respect of which an approval for the export is required in terms of section 4 of the Agricultural Products Standards Act. The rules concern quality, treatments, packing and marking requirements including traceability of products. The Regulations also set out the requirements for approval referred to in section 4 of the Act.
