Abstract

These Regulations under Part I establish conditions for the purposes of section 101 of the Act (right of compensation from Crown). Part II concerns the payment authorized by the Environmental Compensation Corporation (in application of the Art. 103 of the Act); the Part for that purpose identifies classes of prescribed persons, prescribed conditions, identifies principles to adhere in calculating the amount following classes are prescribed for the purposes of section 103 of the Act. Part III identifies general conditions that apply to payments under Art. 101 and 103. Part IV identifies prescribed classes of farmers to which applies Art. 123 of the Act (Limitation of farmers’ liability);
