Abstract The present Ordinance implements articles 13 and 14 of the Waste Disposal Law of 14 October 2008 (GBl. P. 370). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the obligation to dispose of hazardous waste properly. Producers and owners of hazardous waste shall deliver it to a special waste agency before proceeding to a regular waste disposal facility or letting it to a third party.
