Abstract

An amendment concerning the right of United States vessels to fish in the Area covered by the 1987 Treaty on Fisheries in the South Pacific of April 2, 1987. United States vessels shall not intentionally deploy purse seine nets to encircle any dolphin or other marine mammal in the course of fishing under the provisions of the Treaty or this Act.
