Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Chemicals Act 1996 (BGBl. II No. 53/97). Article 1 establishes that the purpose of the present Ordinance is the further specification of a registration system for basic substances used in the production of explosives. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Registration system (2); Marking (3); Final provisions and entry into force (4).
