Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Health and Women introduces some amendments to the Fowl Pest Ordinance, 2007. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Annex on «Areas with increased risk of avian influenza» to the afore-mentioned Ordinance is replaced by the Annex of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
