Abstract

An Ordinance to amend the Animal Disease Protection Ordinance of 31 March 1995 (BGBl. I p. 431). The amendments concern, inter alia, article 2 dealing with registration of animal diseases. Moreover, article 34 on Imported animals, imported eggs shall be replaced, as well as article 39 on Penalties. An article 39a concerning importation from European countries shall also be inserted. The Ordinance consists of 4 articles.
