Abstract

The effect of this Order is to introduce a ban on the taking of Crawfish (fish, or attempt to fish by means of fishing nets, or landing of crawfish) in two specified areas off the Galway and Kerry coast. It shall be prohibited to fish or attempt to fish for shrimp, to have in possession, to have on board a sea fishing vessel, or attempt to land shrimp in that period.
