Abstract This Order varies the principal Order by amending the description of "the fishery" (art. 2(2)(a)) and substituting the definition of "the relevant map" referred to in the principal Order with the map referred to in this Order (art. 2(2)(b)). The effect of the variation is to remove the rights of the Shetland Shellfish Management Organization to regulate a fishery under the principal Order in relation to the area in respect of which a right of several fishery is conferred by the Ura Firth, Shetland Scallops Several Fishery Order 2004.
