Abstract

This Order introduces measures to prevent the spreading of and to control sheep scab in Jersey. Measures include a veterinary inquiry ordered by the Minister, the declaration of an infected place by the Minister, isolation or detention of infected animals, disinfection and other treatment of animals, veterinary inspections, marking of sheep, slaughter of animals and destruction of infected materials.
