The Order directs owners and keepers of sheep and goats to mark and identify their sheep and goats using approved identification methods and requires those owners and keepers to notify the Department Commerce and Employment of: (a) the acquisition of a sheep or goat; (b) the birth of a sheep or goat; (c) the importation of a sheep or goat; or (d) an approved method of identification being lost or destroyed or becoming illegible.
